is there any software ( free ) that i can put in employee's data like safepass details and when its due for renewal it will alert me we have 50 employees with different passes ( safepass & cscs & manual handling etc ) and when busy can be overlooked so its to notify me like a month in advance of a particular pass being out…

Using O365? already paying for soft that is capable to remind and more - set separate calendar for that spec purpose and reminders for each instance. also allow to have recurring reminder
