Now TV stick not connecting to wifi

Hi,
I'm trying to setup a NowTv stick on my mother's telly and it isn't connecting to her Eir broadband. I've attached a pic of the message I'm getting. Any ideas on what to do with this because I don't have a clue? I've NowTV on my own TV and never encountered this message before (although my NowTV is running off a Vodafone hotspot, rather than Eir Fibre broadband).
