Best method of preventing weed and Moss growth in Patio

My back garden is all paved apart from the borders which is used for planting. Every Spring/Summer the weeds and Moss grow in between the slaps. Can anyone recommend a patio cleaner, weed/Moss killer to use that has long term effect to rid weeds and Moss growing between patio slabs i.e. throughout the Spring/Summer period?…

Is it just a matter of every year sweeping sand in between the crevices?

Wet and forget is very good. Spray on and leave it. Will work over a few weeks /months to kill moss and green algae etc
