Humming water pipes?

I posted a thread inquiring about a noisy water pump. But in actual fact what I think it is is the pipes coming from the water pump are humming. I live in an apartment block. Is there anything plumbers could do to fix this? Each apartment has its own individual pump also, this is not the issue. It's the water coming from…

It's the water coming from the main pump in the faculties basement.
