Why does windows 10 fail to boot correctly

Recent boot up on Windows 10 produces a page of text in blue typeface which looks like specifications and settings. SAVE AND EXIT prompt merely brings me back to the same page. Switch off is my only solution and hope it doesn't reappear.. Why is it happening?

Screenshot is BIOS menu, not a failure of windows boot as such. It doesnt even get to windows at this point. It should actually show boot device (disk) in "BOOT" tab.

Could it be your keyboard F2(or whatever key activates BIOS menu) stuck - disconnect keyboard and start PC then
