Has anyone done a home air quality check recently?

My room/kitchen is triggering some allergies in me and I can't for the life of me identify the main culprits. I've gotten rid of the low-hanging fruit and it got better (like mould on some places, some old material that had glue, etc) but I'm stuck now and it's not 100% better

At this point my main suspects are either mould (attic? some other place?) or old laminate flooring

Would a home survey help you identify what is the actual problem?
