Mobile home on site during construction

We have received planning permission and are now in the process of looking for construction drawings, a Bill of Quantities, Construction sign-off etc. As we are currently renting and once stage payments are drawn down it will be impractical to continue renting and paying for our mortgage. Does anyone have experience with living in a mobile home during construction. Are there any companies that would hire out a mobile home or is it more economically beneficial to purchase one and sell it on after construction is completed. I'm new to this whole process and would be grateful for any advice, we will be located in County Wexford area.

Legally the mobile would need planning also.

are there people that do it? Yes. But they are breaking the law and the law can come after you if reported.

Buy a cheap one is my advice, u might even get one free n just have to pay haulage. Some people go mad and spend 10k +.

We got one when gutting the house n doing extension. If u are in for the winter a stove is a game changer. Paid 2400 delivered and guts of a thou for stove. Got 1500 when selling so cost 2k for the year or so. Puts off lads robbing the site also!
