Hi all, Husband got a gift of a home wine brewing kit. It's a Young's brew Wine Buddy kit. He followed all the instructions but it tastes a bit vinegar like. Is there any way to salvage it? Thanks in advance for any tips!

Eeep! Sounds like something nasty might have got in during fermentation. My advice is just to leave it alone in the bottles for a few months more. Whatever it is, it might settle out. When you need the bottles for something else and you're absolutely sure you don't want to drink it, then it's time to discard it. There aren't really any steps you can take to change it.
