Reliable psychometric testing in Dublin?

"There are two main kinds of psychometric test: skills tests and personality tests."[https://gradireland.com/careers-advice/interviews-and-assessment-centres/psychometric-tests]

What are the most reliable tests for each of these two types? Is the "skills" test synonymous with an IQ test? Where does the EQ test fit in?

While researching the wide array of online tests I became aware that most online testing is not reliable at all and that things like the commonly used Myers-Briggs test have no basis in scientific research (https://www.vox.com/2014/7/15/5881947/myers-briggs-personality-test-meaningless).

The WAIS-IV test, however, does seem to be well regarded if carried out by a trained professional. Are there any other similarly reliable science-based tests?

Where in Dublin could I get such reliable tests (with the aim of deciding on a new career)? Thanks.

I'd say contact a reputable Career Guidance counsellor. They tend to have a whole bank of tests to discover your skills, interests, preferences. They may also do personality or IQ tests. You'd need a properly qualified one.

Have you tried any Occupational Psychologists? The PSI should have a list, they're all trained to at least M.Sc. level. (PSI = Psychological Society of Ireland, the professional association for psychologists of all kinds.)
