    Any suggestions for a direct alternative to this. Wiring not suitable to install an electric shower.

    There is absolutely nothing remotely like the T40i.


    I see two options. Install a dedicated pump in the hot press or install a power shower (not electric). Neither are cheap options. I'd guess price starting around €600 supplied & fitted & as high as €1000 depending on the layout of the apartment
