I have a 48V battery made of 13 groups of 6 cells with one weak group (I read each series using a multimeter).

I don’t have the equipment to replace the weak cells/manually raise the voltage of the weak group.

Does anyone know where I can get this serviced?

Is it attached to a BMS with a balance function or is this just a basic non-automotive battery pack? Also are the cells 18650 types?

I'd say it's an eBike battery?
