Aer Lingus flight change

    Hi,

    Looking for some advice on a situation that has arisen with a booking I have with Aer Lingus. I booked a 10am flight but Aer Lingus changed the flight to 12.05pm which means I will miss the appointment I originally made the earlier flight for. I have requested a refund of costs but they are insisting that I have a free change and am not entitled to a refund.

    I have read on their website that if they change a flight by more than 2 hours you are entitled to a refund !

    Does anybody know the rule ?
