Very Bad reviews for oxendales in 2021

In the past few months, oxendales have been getting a lot of bad reviews online with people complaining about not getting orders. I presume it's Brexit causing all this ? My grandmother used to buy of them decades ago and never had a problem. https://ie.trustpilot.com/review/oxendales.ie
