Bluetooth to take a call driving

is this the best way to be able to take a call driving . I don't use my phone driving but occasionally am expecting an important call I have to answer. It comes from a number that if i miss it i won't be able to get them back easy. I know the day i will get the call so could wear it that day. My phone is Xperia L4

Yes, these are probably the safest way to take a call while driving if you don't have integrated Bluetooth in your vehicle. They were popular before cars were made with integrated Bluetooth. Yes there's a microphone that picks up your voice.

Something like a Jabra Cruiser or Parrott MiniKit, a visor mounted handsfree is great. I use a Jabra Cruiser 2, which has an FM transmitter so you can play music from your phone through the car stereo.
