Bluetooth to take a call driving

    Yes, these are probably the safest way to take a call while driving if you don't have integrated Bluetooth in your vehicle. They were popular before cars were made with integrated Bluetooth. Yes there's a microphone that picks up your voice.

    Something like a Jabra Cruiser or Parrott MiniKit, a visor mounted handsfree is great. I use a Jabra Cruiser 2, which has an FM transmitter so you can play music from your phone through the car stereo.
