    Ordered a significant amount of vouchers 17th Dec 2021 still haven't received the order. This company are not answering any form of communication / Phones / Emails / Message / DMs / Facebook / Twitter.

    I have tried everything. Money gone from my account can anyone advise is this company still trading.

    If not looks like I will have to contact Central bank (as they are regulated) or Guards as they have taken money.

    I am very concerned

    I wouldn't stress tbh.

    I think the orders can take 5 working days at least at the best of times in my experience.

    As long as you went via their website.
