If yes what are the settings required to configure a router so that the WAN address can receive and IPv6 address pool from the ISP? For whats its worth I am currently using a Mikrotik router with IPV4 PPPoE standard settings but would like to configure IPv6.

They definitely don't support IPv6 on SIRO. Not sure about OpenEir/Eir Legacy networks.
