Anyone know? Also, is it difficult and does it take long to rescind a POA?

Power of attorney to do what, exactly?

A power of attorney to act as your agent for business purposes is probably going to be valid in Ireland, but note that you can't compel anybody to accept it. If they are doubtful they may want you to execute a power in Ireland

An enduring power of attrorney to e.g. make person care decision on your behalf if you become incapacitated, most likely not. There tend to be very specific formal requirements for these powers, and a document drawn up and executed in compliance with the requirements in one jurisdiction is unlikely to fill all the requirements for a different jurisdiction.

So, what is it that you want to rely on the power of attorney to do?
