iPad Reboot Loop

    My daughter's iPad (purchased in 2019) has been stuck in a reboot loop. I've worked with Apple Support to try and update and factory reset it but nothing has worked. We even took it in to an Apple repair shop but they couldn't do anything either.

    Any suggestions on what to do would be appreciated! Is there no way to format it and reload the OS?
