    when they did, all chat did was get you to confirm all you account details, then tell you to phone 1901 and then ask you to given them 10/10 on a follow up survey.

    i just tired to ring their customer care, which according to the website is open till 5pm today. but hey, its closed until tuesday. Had a recent experience with the Mobile help ;ine and found it quite good. Glad to see the landline support is as patheticly bad as ever
