Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Vanderbilt Keypad

    Hi Guy, have a SPCK420 keypad that is showing black block characters (Photo)on the screen. The second keypad is working ok so think it's a new keypad needed but just wondering is there anything else I could try???

    Have you tried powering the keypad down and up again?

    You can do a straight swap with these without having to remove the base. Just ensure the rotary dials are set to the same address.

    Cheers for that got a second hand one on eBay which when fitted solved the issue.
