Invoice - what to include

Hi. I need to send an invoice to a company for services rendered. I am a PAYE employee. I do not have a company and I am not VAT registered. This was a likely one-off nixer. What details do I need to include in the invoice?

Name + Address of company to be billed - sure

    My Name - sure

Address - ? Not sure. is it needed?

    Invoice amount - a given

Description of services and breakdown of charges - no problem

My IBAN/ BIC details - I guess(?), need to get paid

My PPS no. - ??? I have seen this mentioned as a requirement on a similar post, but that does not seem right to me.

Any advice on above or other information would be very helpful.

Looks good to me. The PPS No. just makes it official.

Also add payment terms (that you hopefully have agreed before doing any work).

Looks good, yes your address too.

IBAN - some people include it. Others inc myself send it separately. There are various ways of getting paid, all should be acceptable, assuming legal.
