Double DIN with offline Nav and CD

Do these still exist, or at least sensibly priced ones? Lots of dirt cheap Android double DIN units which have no CD and Google Maps as their nav option seem to be all I'm finding. I still use CDs a lot and I've no intention of putting a SIM in for nav - will willingly pay more to get something that can be updated occasionally instead.

I last replaced a head unit a decade ago so I've zero knowledge of the market now. Car has a double DIN cavity, already have the suitable fascia for it - has a divider that pops out and a CD case holder above a single DIN Sony as of now.

Just get one with CarPlay/Android Auto. Google maps is superior to any system installed in an aftermarket stereo.

    CD may be a problem.

Have you considered converting your CDs to files?

Google maps allows you to save maps for offline use. You can also tether the stereo to your phone so it's always connected.

I have Google Maps as well as Sygic installed.

I use an Eonon in dash system which I find perfect on a BMW E90.

CD is almost a deal-breaker for me.

Had a company car with no CD player for a while; the faffery of deciding which files to put on a USB key (they're all converted on my NAS already) is a complete and utter time-wasting pain in the arse versus just grabbing a few CDs. Its newer same marque replacement returned to having a CD player surprisingly despite the dash running Android!

Tethering requires leaving the hotspot on your phone on, nuking its battery; or remembering to turn it on when you get in the car/off when you get out. Anything that makes daily life actually more complicated isn't an improvement (see file-wrangling above).

I think I'll stack with the Sony - which can actually take USB - and the windscreen adhering Garmin then.
