Hi I need advice on getting my name on logbook.

    Previous owner has failed repeatedly on transferring my name to logbook excuse after excuse.

    I checked logbook chassis number everything was fine signed the lot but now I have a question if he cannot change over my name to logbook how do I go about it myself before I pay him a visit and get in alot of trouble myself,thank you
