Hi all, looking to hang Christmas rope lights over the porch but we have PVC soffit and fascia. Don’t want to drive nail brackets into the plaster work as I’d be conscious of pulling it off after. What other options are there? Was thinking cable ties but there’s nothing to tie onto

I got something very similar to these and they have worked great. They are on the fascia for two years now and are still perfect. I do have some of the cable attached with cable clips into the concrete wall though which may take some of the weight off the adhesive clips (the clips are used over bay windows). They might be worth a try though.

I bought very small plastic coated cup hooks which I screwed into the PVC facia. I got in them in black to match the facia and simply attach the christmas lights to them using cable ties. As the cup hooks are the same colour as the facia, you wouldn't notice them during the year.
