Specialist bakery idea - I'm looking for a suitable space/pod to rent

    I want to start a bakery in the Health Food category. The market is there for it (been there done that in a previous iteration, I'm confident in the product). I don't need a lot of space, something the size of an average domestic kitchen would do it. I'm based in Ballybrack and I aim to sell the goods online and deliver myself to the door by van. I want to cover south to Bray, West as far as maybe Stillorgan, North to edge of town maybe Ballsbridge so it would be better if it was located somewhere in the zone. Owing to the highly specific nature of the product the kitchen has to be what I could only describe as a "cleanroom/lab" environment, far more stringent than usual HACCP regs so have to build/equip it myself (I can't be using existing ovens/mixers for example for reasons of cross contamination, ingredient store has to be secure etc.)
