    No 24/7 monitoring of security threats. A "Frail IT infrastructure." Implicitly, no decent backups (hence the months it took to restore service, if in fact that's even accomplished.)

    Paul Reid, he of a business background, rushes to the HSE's defense, seems they've outsourced some of the security work. Woot.

    They appear to be using MFA now to login to their systems - won't help with the Conti attack that did them in, but I suppose maybe next time the crack team there won't open phishing e-mails.
