Dishing of paths for new build- South Dublin County council

    Hi there,

    I have just built a house in Citywest and my builder cannot dish the paths as councils usually do this like DCC but SDCC don't. As a road opening license is needed, a training course needed to be able to carry out the work to the councils standards and specific public liability insurance is needed, does anyone know of anyone that could do this work for us please or been in the same situation? Any help or advice would be much appreciated please!
