Dishing of paths for new build- South Dublin County council

Hi there, I have just built a house in Citywest and my builder cannot dish the paths as councils usually do this like DCC but SDCC don't. As a road opening license is needed, a training course needed to be able to carry out the work to the councils standards and specific public liability insurance is needed, does anyone…

Hi there,
