Hey Guys,

I have been trying to get a refund request on the new battlefield game 2/3 days after it was released. A multiplayer only game with no audio is an absolute joke. The game has several bugs and in its current release, is not fit for purpose.

I put in a refund request and was ato rejected seconds after i put it through.
When i talk to chat support, call support or twitter, they all say i need to respond to the email i received however i did that and gave it two or three days and no response. Im at my wits end spending 70 quid on a game i absolutely hate and cant even talk to my friends on. Any advice on how to get a refund?
