Tegral 2000 slates bought in 2001

    There was a boards discussion on Tegral 2000 slate in 2005.

    According to a builder our Tegral slates bought in 2001 are structurally deteriorating and cracking, and need replacing, ie we need to reroof our house!! Slates guaranteed for 30 years!! We've wooden counter battens and tyvek underneath. Has anyone had any satisfactory response from Tegral or any advice on how to deal with this please??? Thanks.
