Adding rads to attic room

Its a bungalow standard OFCH . If I want to expand the system up to the attic is this a option ? The hot press is the only place I have access to any CH pipe work. Pipes at the coil are 3/4 (i think they might even be 1"). wont be doing the work myself but want to know what's what before I get a plumber in.
