Channel 4 HD and BoxPlus Music Channels Return to Freesat

Channel 4 HD has finally made it's return (after nearly 4 years) to Freesat today along with the BoxPlus music channels.

A nice addition to the Freesat EPG ahead of Christmas.

126 - Channel 4 HD

501 - Box Hits

502 - Box Christmas (temporary rebrand of The Box)

503 - KISS

504 - Magic

505 - Kerrang!

Wondering any particular location to set it to for listings like above as been a while but have a box that needs to be setup again.

That's not a Freesat HD box. It's Zgemna H7S 4K box.Its . my own epg setup .

I have a vu solo2 and is location not different with line up of channels?

Originally it might have been Irish side and want to use Uk listings

I have my Irish channels are first and when BBC, ITV and so on. When I setup the Sat channels I did pick Croydon as my London area .

It was never on Freesat 104

When Channel 4 launches all their regional versions in HD it will be on 104, which is due to happen early next year

Only a London postcode gives you Channel 4 HD on 104 on the Sky EPG, it's on 138 for everyone else in the UK

More sports rights are going to be announced for Channel 4 from tomorrow morning. It's being noted that there is a Fifa Club World Cup match being shown on E4 later this weekend.

Also more info about Channel 4 News & Current Affairs. Emily Maitlis appears to be out of the running for taking over Job Snow's lead presenters job on Channel 4 News. One of the current team maybe expected to take over the role. And Andrew Neil is signing up for a new deal to present a new political show on Channel 4 very soon.

I presume it will move to 126 when Channel 4's HD regions are launched later this year

The Daily Mail has reported this evening that the rights to England's Nations League games against Germany, Italy and Hungary taking place this summer have been obtained by Channel 4.

Good lord. According to The Telegraph; Channel 4 have also nabbed the rights to the England Qualifiers & Friendlies from ITV.

A bit of disappointing news for W Series fans. All races from that championship will be live & exclusive on Sky Sports F1 in a new 3 year deal. W Series Highlights & the British GP at Silverstone will be live on Channel 4.
