    Hi All

I need to change one side of the house, currently there are timber panels in between concrete posts but we want to change this to concrete panels.

Would we need to rip out what is there and put in new concrete posts to fit around the panels ? We have about 16 panels to do and was trying to estimate cost.

Would there be a foundation already there for the existing concrete posts or would i need to get a new one dug

No one here could answer that. You will have to dig down and see what's there.
