Sky issue

Hi there my broadband with sky has been down for 4 days and I have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone in sky. I’m a valued customer that pays more then enough every month and I’m very disappointed about the way we have been treated. A phone call is required asap as I’m working from home and no broad band is a big issue…
