Drivers / Tacho Hours

Any HGV drivers help me out with this I worked Monday to Friday this week, got 45.15 hours rest then started again Sunday but the tacho told me on Sunday I was still in my working week. Does a fresh week not start after I have got 45 hours rest. Thanks

Yes your fresh week starts after you have had your 45 hour break.
The reason you got the message is your new working week is starting a day earlier. On Sunday rather than Monday.
