In a position now where the directors of the company want me to force antigen testing on our employees to "save face" in the event one of our clients contracts COVID from one of our emlpoyees.

    I am the ops manager.

I wont be doing this, I have purchased said test kits and will distribute them simply for peace of mind to the employees.

They have notions that we can force them to take them every 3 days and use that as some sort of "it wasnt us".

    I work for idiots.

Sounds like they're living in 2020. Make sure you have everything in writing from them if they go down that route.

FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.

Just out of interest, is it a problem with the testing you have or just the idea of "forcing" people to do it?

Of course, people shouldn't be forced. But surely purchasing the tests and providing them to employees is enough to encourage said employees to do what's responsible and use said tests?
