    Hi All,

    I have shortlisted to buy the house in Kilbelin abbey estate located in newbridge.

    The white units price is listed as 515k. I think, the prices have increased by 80k-100k more since 2 years.

    Is anyone here from this estate? What are the positives and negatives? How is the locality? Do you see the prices coming down anytime sooner?
