Looking for suggestions for a replacement for a Redmi 4x with very similar dimensions. Dimensions are 139.2 x 70 x 8.7 mm. Everything I've looked at seems much bigger. I've tried searching for phone comparison sites by dimensions but can't find any that works.

Pixel 4 A is probably as near as you will get in size 144 x 69.4 x 8.2 mm with good specs. It's all gone big screen now unfortunately, the plus is that they now are pretty much borderless so more can fit onscreen for same space.

Here it is compared with yours...

Thanks for that. Pity that they've gone like mini tablets.

Your out of luck. I have nearly the same phone and the same problem.

Examples: Pixel 3a, 4a, as mentioned above, Galaxy S10e, Xperia XA, XZ, Zenfone 8 or MI9 se. The range is very limited. I keep the current one going until it goes down. The 4x afaik is still supported by developers, you can still find newer custom firmware for it. If it's ok hardware-wise, you should look into modding. ;-)
