    Hi guys,

Looking for some information regarding planning . I've lived and rented in the village for 10years. I hope to build on a site 3k from the village.

There are lots of other houses on the road so it isn't to rural. I have read the local need, I am hoping to qualify because of the distance to the hospital where i work . Also trying to prove that I keep honey bees and need to live near the woods for pollination ect.

The engineer wants to skip pre planning and go straight for planning permission. I'm worried it might irritate the planning department and knock me completely.

    From Waterford.

This has nothing to do with the development of the boards.ie web site. Try asking in a forum related to the topic, such as the planning and construction forum:

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
