    Does anyone have a ballpark figure for rewiring a three bedroomed house in rural Kerry?

    Is it worth doing the donkey work (chasing etc) in preparing for an electrician?

    Was having this conversation with a spark recently.

    He reckoned a council house 5k. A 4 bed bungalow closer to 10k
