Kitchen cooker extractor fan draught

With this spell of blustery weather I've noticed that there is a strong draught coming down from the extractor fan in the kitchen.

The fan is aided by an inline pump in the attic and it exits in the soffit.

What is the best way to prevent the draught? I can feel the draught against my leg as I type this and I'm sitting a fair distance away from it. I can see there are inline back straight shutters to buy online. What are the best type of these to get?
