Where to get the plans for new build

Hi, Does anyone knows where to get the plans downloaded for a new build in Lusk, Station Road. I bought one property there, and when asked the foreman said it can be downloaded from the planning permission. But I am a bit new in this and don't really know what planning sites he mentioned. Appreciate any help.

Put the address of the development in here and you should be able to find the specific development, plans would be able to viewed in the Scanned Files section
