Not in Leinster but Bird & Blend tea in the UK is very good for loose leaf tea and various blends. They are my go to. If you spend over a certain amount shipping is free & I haven't had to pay customs yet on it.

Have used them a lot in the past before brexit took effect. Love their Builder's Breakfast Brew tea. Didnt risk any orders since as I am unsure of the policy on tea importation into the EU.

I've put through about 4 orders since Brexit and not had to pay customs on any of them. Might be worth the risk.

If you're willing to order online then this guy in Cork is lovely. His teas are decent, although I've never had the blends. And he's great to deal with in the shop and helped me out a couple of times.
