Backup iCloud to external drive

I'm looking for recommendations for software which can backup (ideally clone) both the hard drive & also iCloud to an external drive. There's already a time machine attached, but because if you delete or modify a file on the hard drive, the file on iCloud is modified or deleted, I want to have a safe copy. Any ideas?

I was thinking that, but I can't see it explicitly Calle dout where it can backup iCloud
