Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Help with Samsung TV

I have a problem with my Samsung television and Netflix. I can get into Netflix when I select my profile and go to click on a series etc to watch it exits out of it and the screen goes black. Sometimes it goes back to the tele channels and something from Netflix starts playing in the background and like the two are morphed together.

I have good fiber Broadband it's the tele that is the problem. I have tried updating tele software, deleting Netflix app and reinstalling. My tele is working fine other than it won't play Netflix. Anyone familiar with this problem or any solutions please?

Try resetting Netflix, this may or may not work on your model but try it anyway:

On the remote press the following buttons

    Up Up

    Down Down

    Left Right Left Right

    Up Up Up Up

This should then give you an option to reset/deactivate Netflix.
