    Hi,

    I bought an item online and would like to return it.

    I have a few questions though.. can I return an item I bought online to my local store for a refund? It's a laptop if that matters.

    There is an option to book to have them collect it but I'm a bit iffy about giving back a 1500 euro laptop without any proof that I did as such.

    Or do they give some kind of receipt?

    My local store aren't answering and the 0818 number was answered by someone I couldn't understand.

    You obviously went onto the Currys website to buy the product.

    Guess What?

    The returns procedure is given on that exact same website that you bought from.


    It took me about 3 seconds to find the information.
