Pensions section in HR Shared Services

    I am trying to get a Service Verifcation Form from the Resignations and Retirements team in HR Shared Services and it's been months. It's literally taking some obligatory details from a database. I spoke to one of the Clerical Officers and he said that he hadn't the training for this even though he had been there over a year. I asked to speak to his supervisor but he could not put me through as they were WFH. This is a simple task and they cannot seem to do it.
