Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

MacBook Air Reset

I recently upgraded my MacBook and intend selling my old MB Air, which is the 2013 model. It’s in perfect condition and had a new battery fitted by Back From the Future last year.

My problem is that when I wiped the disk and restarted it, the MacOS came back as Mountain Lion. I was hoping to sell it with a more up to date OS, but I can’t get into the App Store to do an upgrade. I keep getting the error message that the App Store is not available.

I’ve signed into iCloud and it’s connected to my Wi-Fi.

    Any ideas?
