Paypal issue.

My apologies but I can't find a paypal thread if there is one may mods please move my question to there.

Hi recently paypal updated their verification practise to PSD security standards and now require phone verification only they didn't notify me and i thought having done it through online banking would have been enough.

But they only have an old phone. I no longer have access to this.

How can i resolve this? It seems i have to be logged into to contact them.
