Give the huge financial cost of the lockdowns, I have no problem with a €10K annual tax per adult in the country (regardless of income) to help pay for it.

Of course, every fully vaccinated person gets a corresponding €10K tax credit (along with the handful who have certified, legitimate, medical reasons why they cannot).
