How does one go about receiving a cctv copy of an arrest and time within a station.

    The station has indeed cctv.

The reason I ask is due to stolen property.

Have you asked the station for it?

I would have thought that would be the first port of call.

Your correct it was the first port of call , with no success.

Write to the district's superintendent or if you're alleging misconduct on the part of the Gardaí make contact with GSOC.

Any other course of action is futile.

A solicitor is probably the only realistic route if it's something that will have a Garda in a poor light.

I've had to get a court order to get an interview tape and notes released for a case against two gardai.

They really hate when their behaviour is questioned.

Forget GSOC, they will not be interested.
